By purchasing from Aloha Bonsai, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that shipping products carries inherent risks. This includes, but is not limited to, potential damage to branches, leaves, or other parts of the tree, as well as the container it is shipped in. For other products such as pots, tools, or soil, there is a risk of damage during transit. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for any harm or damage that may occur during shipping.

Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize transit time and ensure products arrive in the best possible condition. Please allow up to one week for us to prepare and pack your order properly. Shipping schedules may be adjusted around holidays to reduce delays and protect your items during transit.

Shipping Conditions & Delays
Major shipping carriers do not insure live trees or plants. While other products may be covered by carrier insurance, we cannot guarantee delivery for any order once it has shipped. Shipping delays are rare but may occasionally occur.

If local weather conditions or other factors could affect the safety of your shipment, we are happy to coordinate with you to adjust the shipping date to help ensure your items arrive safely.
